Aimee Code of Conduct
Effective January 1, 2021
This Code of Conduct describes how all Aimee members must behave on all social media platforms. Any violation may be grounds for immediate termination of membership. Please see our Terms of Service for more information.
If nothing else, remember to always be nice.
As an Aimee member you can be an affiliate for some of the most important brands on the planet. In order to do so, you must be nice to everyone on all your social media channels. Every post. Every time. Even if you aren't mentioning one of our brand partners. There are no exceptions to the rules in our Code of Conduct.
Once you become an Aimee member, your tone on all your social media must match the way you'd talk in person with someone you respect and whom you want to respect you. You might need to go back and delete older social media posts that do not follow our Code of Conduct - and it is your responsibility to do so.
Remember to always follow these 7 rules:
- Don't be a jerk
- Rudeness or belittling language are never okay
- No name-calling
- No bigotry of any kind
- Avoid vulgar terms
- Avoid anything sexually suggestive
- No harassment or bullying
We also strongly suggest avoiding political discourse in general.
Finally, any language likely to offend or alienate individuals or groups based on race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, etc. will not be tolerated.
In summary, Be Excellent to Each Other.
